Reiki is a specific and precise formula, and is classed as an energetic science. The reiki energy flows through the entire body, its cellular structure, the nervous and immune systems and the energetic system (chakras and meridian lines), clearing cause and effect of dis- ease, removing limitations and adding extra health & clarity to life.

The 7 Level system

Dr Mikao Usui refound the entire 7 level system dating back to 10, 000 BC. He passed the entire system down to a medical doctor, Dr Chujiro Hayashi, who maintained the entire teachings intact. This is the only system of Reiki that uses all 7 original Reiki symbols in precise form, enabling a student who is learning Reiki to receive the correct truth and purity of  Reiki.

At Totality Day Spa you can book a 30 minute or 60 minute Reiki treatment to relax and enjoy! During the Reiki treatment you will lay on one of our comfy treatment beds, under a warm, fluffy blanket, with soft lighting and music. Your Reiki therapist will either be slightly touching you or hold their hands an inch or two above your body, starting with points on the head and face, working down the body.You will feel warmth, tingly and relaxed. Some clients report seeing various colours floating in and out of their ‘mind’s eye’ too.

The Reiki treatment feels subtle and relaxing, yet deep, deep healing on an energetic and cellular level is happening within the body during the treatment.
